"What a wonderful hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. The staff was superb....very professional and extremely well-mannered. I have seldom ever been treated with such courtesy or respect as I experienced from the staff at this hotel! The buffet breakfast was fabulous...the room, wonderful! My only regret was having to check-out and leave!"

"The woman that checked us in was so sweet and kind, it set a wonderful tone for our visit. The hotel is walking distance from the terminals at Riga International Airport. My only recommendation would be a sign on the terminal side of the building that said "Sky High". "

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. I expected that as an older building it would be somewhat outdated and old fashioned. In fact most of the facilities appeared to have been recently renovated from the huge triple room we had to the spa and the restaurant. Spa area is not huge but I enjoyed the wave machine in the pool and the sauna was the best I have been in. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. I didn’t dine in the restaurant but Easy Pizza next door was good. Location convenient for all attractions and we walked everywhere except the zoo which was an easy tram ride. Definitely recommend. "
