"Stayed with my family for a meet up half way between to spend time near DFW. Property was good. We wanted a pool. The pool was warm and fun to swim in. The hot tub was not super useful as it didn’t really have a spa mode that I could figure out for evening soaks. But the rest of the property did the trick. The neighborhood was great. Great primrose trail nearby to get some running or walks in if desired. "

"Check in was a breeze! Loved the coffee/tea bar (I’m not a coffee drinker so it was extra nice to have the electric tea kettle, tea bags, etc. for us tea drinkers). The pool was perfect especially for the kids. Kept them entertained and a great way for everyone to relax after a busy day. We drove in and navigating in and around the Lewisville and Grapevine area was easy. The house was perfect - spacious, clean, well stocked. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood - well maintained. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to the Dallas area. "
"We had a slight hiccup with the spa at the beginning of our trip, but Christy quickly fixed everything, and we had a fantastic trip. Everything in the home was spotless, and the beds were comfy. I would definitely recommend this Texas Vrbo!!"
"**3/5 Stars** The house itself was a good size for our large group, which we appreciated. However, there were several downsides that impacted our stay. We paid extra for an early check-in, but when we arrived at the designated time, the housecleaner was still there. This was disappointing, especially since we had paid extra for that convenience. There’s virtually no yard, and the warehouse directly across the street was quite disruptive. Guests staying in the bunk rooms had trouble sleeping due to the noise and bright lights. Additionally, the numerous signs and messages warning of fines and removal from VRBO if we didn’t follow certain rules (like parking in designated areas or being outside between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.) felt unwelcoming. On our final day, we received a notice instructing us to strip the beds and take the linens and towels downstairs to the laundry room. We've never been asked to do that before, and it wasn’t a pleasant way to end our vacation. Overall, while the house was spacious, the strict rules, lack of outdoor space, and unexpected chores made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped."
