"We love Avani, but this trip the hotels both in a Bangkok and Khon Kaen seemed a little tired. In Khon Kaen, incredible staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I love the staff. In the room, the bed was really squeaky and seemed to need a box spring replacement. The shower and bathroom were okay, but the light was incredibly dim. "This is our third stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, bathroom good, shower pressure very good, breakfast more of an Asian slant to it but very tasty even to a western palette. The bed is a little hard for my liking but not so that it affects my sleep. If you stay here you will not be disappointed."
