As with all Resort or Hotel properties there are Policies, Rules and Regulations required of all Guests.

1) Pacific Paradise Maui's occupancy limit, set by Maui County Regulation is EIGHT GUESTS ONLY, two persons per bedroom. Two infants, two years of age and under, are also permitted.

2) You are living in a residential neighborhood and there are neighbors next door to you. As they are not on vacation your cooperation in being considerate of them will be expected and greatly appreciated.

3) QUIET HOURS are from 9:00pm to 8:00 am seven days a week during which time the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.

4) AMPLIFIED SOUND that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.

5) By County Ordinance ALL VEHICLES shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area and shall NOT BE PARKED ON THE STREET. Guests enjoy a two car garage and long driveway accommodating up to three cars.

6) NO PARTIES or group gatherings other than REGISTERED guests shall occur.

PACIFIC PARADISE MAUI HOUSE RULES

1) There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.

2) Suntan lotions should be thoroughly washed off BEFORE sitting on furnishings.

3) Absolutely NO Running and "horse-play" on the lanai and around the pool.

4) SMOKING AND VAPING IS FORBIDDEN IN THE HOME!! Or so close that the odor of smoke is detected in the home. If the smell of smoke is detected in the home a penalty of $2,000 will be assessed and the security deposit will be forfeited.
5) Owner reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s) for any reason.

Nice host!
We always enjoy staying in Maui! The location is right across from Whalers Village, so it's very convenient. Angelia was very responsive to any questions/outreach! She walked us through key points at check in (we needed to wait for her to arrive because the house was locked up and we couldn't get the key without her). The house is very well decorated, and good for a smaller group. The living room comfortably sits 5; we had 7 in our group and brought in a chair from the lanai (since folks spread out on the couch). The parking is pretty tight based on the layout of the driveway and the 2 car garage, but you just take time to angle in and out. Lots of beach towels, which was great, and a beautiful outdoor space and grill; lots of outdoor seating. The pool is pretty narrow, and not heated, but the kids got some use out of it (not as much space to play in the pool as prior locations).

The trip was great. Angelia was a fantastic host. The property was as it was described and she was available if we needed anything. The provided Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels were in good condition. We drove about 5 minutes to beach and parked. The pool was clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Basics were were on hand when we arrived like: TP, paper towels, detergent, hand soap, etc. We added quite a bit to supplies for the next family. The master bedroom does have 2-3 stairs from bathroom area to bedroom, which was fine for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Lifetime Family Vacation
This is a beautiful property that fit our family's needs perfectly for a vacation of a lifetime. For six adults it offered everyone plenty of space, and had every convenience we hoped for. Short drives to multiple beaches & other activities diversified our fun week on Maui.

A Most Wonderful and Magical Stay in Paradise
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the property, and our hostess. Because we were a party of 8 adults, planning began a year in advance. Angelia was responsive right from the beginning, patiently answering questions and working with us on dates. She also provided plenty of info regarding amenities available (concierge, private chef, packing list, directions, etc) and when the big day finally arrived, the check-in could not have been smoother. I'm not even sure where to start in describing the home. It was amazing, beautiful, all we could have wished for. We were 8 adults and at no time did we feel crowded in any way. The kitchen was big enough for 4 of us to be doing meal prep/cooking easily & the backyard grill was a delight to our "grillmaster". Every detail has been thought of: a gorgeous master suite w/an outdoor shower off the master (which got used a LOT!), full size washer/dryer, wi-fi, even a little library! The other 3 bedrooms were also great, and everyone had their own bathroom (a big plus). Pool towels and toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, and more also all available. Despite being w/in walking distance of Kaanapali Beach, the pool got plenty of use. If I had to pick 1 thing that might make the pool a 10+ instead of a 10, I would add a rail to the entry steps to make getting in/out easier for older guests. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely, short walk across the hwy to all the resort restaurants, Kaanapali beach and golf courses.

Fantastic vacation!
Had wonderful vacation with family; 6 adults, 2 young children. Lots of room for everyone and very comfortable! We loved the grill and ate quite a few meals right by pool. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, wagon, stroller were a definite plus. This home is very convenient to beaches, restaurants, shopping and I would definitely recommend!

A little piece of paradise
Our stay in Maui was indeed a little piece of paradise. The house was more than we expected. It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved staying here. The house was beautiful and accommodated our family of six adults and one child perfectly. The location couldn’t have been better with easy access to great restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, snorkeling, etc. If we ever make it back to Maui we will definitely be staying here.

Maui Paradise
My family loved our stay at Pacific Paradise Maui. The home was beautiful and so welcoming. We had 8 adults and we all had our own room and bathroom. The view from the back patio was amazing. The outside shower was great! The location is close to all the sites of Lahaina and Kaanapali. Wailea and Paia are both within an hour drive. Check in and check out was effortless and Angelia was a great host. We enjoyed the goodie basket of treats she left for us. I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Maui with the family. I encourage you to book this lovely home in paradise!

Glorious vacation home
We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful Home in paradise! Angelia has excellent taste In furnishings and special touches that make this home elegant and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessary utensils to cook any meal. We cooked several meals and particularly enjoyed the grill and the warming drawer in the kitchen was a bonus. Angelia's property is outstanding, it's as simple as that. If you're looking for a private home to rent in Maui for a week or more, look no further. We loved being within walking distance of the resorts, shops, and beaches of Ka'anapali. And, we much preferred this part of the island over Wailea. The home itself? SO spacious, comfortable, and amazingly well outfitted. The kitchen is stocked far more than any other rental home we've used throughout the world, the house was clean and well featured, the garage was nice for storage of cars and bikes. The lanai was where we spent most of our time - enjoying the shade and sun shades, as well as the lounge furniture in the sun by the small, but long and deep, pool. Views of the ocean are in the distance, but certainly not "oceanfront" location. That said, we loved being in a residential neighborhood and having a place to return to for relaxation and comfort after a day on explorations or trip to the beaches. We walked to the beach and resorts multiple times (about a 10-12 minute walk), but also used ebikes (recommend you rent these separately) and saved parking fees for days we chose to drive down. Angelia was amazingly responsive and helpful at all times -- including the time leading up to making the reservation, as well as during our stay. If you're considering a house in Maui that's beautiful, quiet, clean, well-featured, and spacious, don't hesitate -- book with Angelia and enjoy her amazing property. We can't wait to return in a year or two!
