"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "

"The complex is really nice and the pool is lovely. The neighbours are mostly friendly and the apartment is comfortable. There is a small patio out front with tables, chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is functional but the oven was a bit of a challenge! The down side was an infestation of ants which were all over the work surfaces and were coming up behind the splashbacks. They could do with a bead of mastic around the edges to hopefully stop them. A tv was on the list of amenities but there...

"We had such a great and enjoyable stay. The spacious property being high up on the hillside gave spectacular views during the day and also in the evening when the coastline was lit up. It is also very well equipped. Although there was no air conditioning when we visited, use of fans and a breeze through the building kept us cool. "What can I say, couldn’t recommend highly enough, from start to finish. The apartment is literally a couple of minutes walk to a glorious sandy beach. From initial contact with Paula it’s been plain sailing all the way. Paula will answer and questions very quickly. Spotlessly clean and the swimming pool is massive. Classic and comfortable in the heart of Burgas!

"Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool. "

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!"
