"Stayed for 6 days at this brand new resort. Nicely decorated and very clean room overlooking the Aegean; air conditioning worked great; housekeeping was spot on, thorough and asked numerous times/days if I needed anything; ate primarily at the restaurant in the lobby which was very good - in fact some of the best Turkish food I had in Kusadasi, bar none. The staff were friendly and eager to please but, sometimes, their lack of experience showed in small things (e.g., charging drinks/meals to your room even when you want to pay at the table). Nothing, I am sure, the staff and management will not fix with time. Hotel is walking distance to the town - about a 35-40 minute walk downhill. Coming back, which is uphill, is better left to a taxi. Overall, a very pleasant, quiet and relaxing experience. I would definitely come back. "

"We had a fantastic two-night stay at Rosy Suites Hotel. The staff, especially Amine at the reception, was very helpful. She recommended a Turkish Bath experience, which was way cheaper than in Istanbul (or other larger cities), and we thoroughly enjoyed it. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel very welcomed. The location of the hotel was perfect. With the parking lot behind the hotel, the hotel faces the Aegean Sea, but not on the main street. So they had a reasonably-priced eatery next to the hotel, and other shops were cheaper than the main drag. From our balcony, we could hear the sound of the ocean, passing-by people, and the very entertaining seller at the shoe shop at the front. The room was spacious with a nice lounge chair, and the air-con worked well. The swimming pool on the rooftop was small but had a very great view. I went there in the morning, and it was a great way to start the day. The only downside was that we stayed just two nights. Next time, we could stay longer!"

"We are very satisfied with the choice we made. We had doubt first because the hotel was a bit far from the center. We still decided to go for it because the price and the room that could accommodate all our family. When we arrive we found out that there is dolmus bus stop just next to the hotel and it’s just 7-10 minus ride. The beaches that are closer to center are overcrowded and very dirty. The ladies beach which is 5 minutes walking from the hotel is like a heaven comparing to the beaches which are next to port. Migros is also 2 mins walking, where one can buy groceries and cook it in the room. It helped me to save so much money as we have a big family and every visit to the restaurant is a big hit to our travel budget. Rooms are very spacious and there is also a balcony. But the main pearl of this place is the roof top. Swimming pool with the sea view. Tables and chairs where all guests can eat their own meal and enjoy sunrises and sunsets. So the long story short - we will come back. "

"When we arrived we were welcomed and shown to our amazing large room. I was travelling with my two teenager sons. The views were amazing from both bedroom and the living area. The room Was spacious with a single bed in the living area and a huge double in the bedroom area. There was plenty of space to meditate / pray. The pool area was always clean and very calm and peacful. The infonury pool looked out at the sea. It truly was amazing. Breakfast was always fresh, tasty and delicious. They had plenty of selection at the buffet. The reception guy and porters are very pleasant and polite. The cleaners couldn’t be better all very nice. The breakfast waiters all very nice. Well done Lavista hotel, with a great location and the correct staff you have made our stay perfect. "

"The hotel is basic, comfortable and clean. The rooms are small however it was good value for money. I stayed with a friend and we loved the little balcony; used it that night to enjoy the warm evening. There was good air conditioning. The bathroom is a bit of a disaster as you get everything wet when showering. Because it was hot, the floor dried quickly but that is one thing that was difficult for us. "
