We arrived at Castle Inn at 8 am in anticipation of a long day at Disney. They allowed us to park our car (free parking for one car w hotel stay) and check in knowing our room wasnt ready and we wouldnt get back to the hotel until 11 pm after the park. It was literally a 10 min walk to Disney and we felt safe walking (even at 11 pm). The staff were very accommodating, we had a two room suite perfect for 5 of us, and the kids swam in the heated pool the next morning. This hotel was perfect for our meeds- theres a delicious pizza place only a 5 min walk away thats open until 2 am. The decor is slightly dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean- I would definitely stay here again!

What I didn't like about the property is the staff. I lost my wallet and when I went to talk to someone instead of trying to help it felt like I was bothering them. So then I decided to go to my room and maybe someone on the phone would help me. But I was wrong again, the lady that answered the phone was really rude specially when I said I think i lost it in the parking lot of Flamingo she said you need to call them not us. But I told her my wallet had the room key they could have brought it to this casino. She then in a rude way told me that the fact that my wallet had my room key meant nothing. I was very dissappointed that the Harrah's staff didnt care one bit of what was going on.
