Granite countertops, recessed lighting on dimmers and side by side refrigerator with ice and water on the door and Jenn-Aire range in a completely stocked kitchen. Wet bar and built-in wine cabinet. Coffered ceiling with chandelier in dining room. Full size washer & dryer. Expanded Lanai (deck) with 2 dining tables to seat 8 and 2 chaise lounges. Complete remodeled unit, always being upgraded.

Exactly what you see
Just a perfect location and view. Read reviews about some ants, which was true, a little bug spray and don't worry about it. Most amenities were updated, were a few things in less than perfect operation, sure, but look where you are! They are all minor for a Hawaii vacation. Great location and view, especially when you weren't out about town, was a great place to relax away from crowds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation at Kahana Village. The view from Unit 36 was fantastic. We enjoyed the lanai for meals, drinks, and just sitting and looking at the view. The unit was very nice. The grounds are well maintained. There is a small beach and a pool. It was wonderful to just walk to the beach and pool without having to drive anywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Not a great place
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit #36 was outdated, had a smell. The ants were out of control and we would wake up to half a dozen dead cockroaches every day. The front door is weak, old carpets. We were obviously less than thrilled with our stay. The views off of lanai are great. I would not recommend to anyone.
