Very difficult to check in through the counter. I booked in 4 people, 2 CEOs and 2 Directors. We checked in at around 12 midnight after very tiresome flights just hoping for a good rest ASAP but unfortunately our check in turned into a nightmare especially that it cost me more as the booking was with my card. Cutting a long story short some of us were not able to pay with our cards and we offered to pay cash but was not allowed either. Due to this issues we have to cancel some of the booking and were rebooked at walkin rate. I have been to other hotels in Hawaii and were more flexible and facilitative. This is my first and last exprience with Stay Hotel.

Thank You Very Very Very nice Place

Everything about this property was perfect for the two of us. Location was great, bus stop right out front to get around the city and easy to walk to a variety of different shops and restaurants. Pots, pans, and dishes were sufficient for us to make breakfasts and quick lunches most mornings, no dishwasher but they did have a drying rack to hand wash dishes. TV could probably do with an upgrade, it worked fine but it’s not a smart tv, on the other hand we weren’t spending a whole lot of time sitting around in the condo so it didn’t matter much to us. I think it’d be cramped for more than 2 people but for a couple of vacation it was perfect, would definitely book this spot again!

The room was nice, clean, and equipped with a kitchenette. The bedding was poor and we had to ask for an additional blanket. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful. We reserved a partial ocean view, however, the ocean was not at all visible from our room. The balconies are small and a little dizzying. Good location next to a walkable park and just down from the busyness of Waikiki. There is a very small, crowded swimming pool. No breakfast on-site. There are resort fees and valet is mandatory.
