Great location, loved the chairs to be used to get into and out of the pool and hot tub. Having a washer and dryer was a plus. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Be sure to eat at Dollies pub. Great food at a great price.

I had a great time staying at this resort. Perfect for a couple. Really nice views and love that the beach is just a walk away. It was also the most perfect area. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo in a great location. The bedroom did not have air conditioner, but a big ceiling fan, not enough for my family. Also the bedroom qas noisy, due to the road in the back. We were not able to get a late check out but were offered to use the hospitality room where we could shower before heading to airport. A few table placements would be recommended. Also, after-hours check in is available by using the red phone at the door of the check in office. Our key was left in the safe adjacent to the phone. They will give you the code when you call via the red phone.

Very quiet culdesac right on the beach. Kaanapali beach is one of the best - walk for miles on perfect sand, and good snorkeling. Most low-rise buildings are set back quite a ways so you can't see the beach. Very helpful front desk staff and lobby has been fully renovated. Hotel was probably built in the 70s judging some popcorn ceilings. Rooms are probably a mixed bag depending what you get. Ours had an updated kitchen with real stone counters, but the bathroom had old tile shower with cracking grout and mold inside the plastic hot/cold handles, and light covers were missing. Only real problem was that the AC doesn't work if the lanai doors aren't TIGHTLY shut. But the fan will continue to blow like everything is fine so you don't know there's a problem. We didn't figure it out until it got hot and then the AC was underpowered and unable to cool the unit down until well into the night. Pools were great, but they are oddly hot - about 89F. There's a "hidden" pool between the low buildings which only the adults seem to use so it's quiet. Restaurant is good and right on the beach although you can't see over the sand berm. Beach shack rents everything but you're going to pay many times just buying stuff at Costco.
