We are delighted to share that we have been named the winner of the 2021 Best of Kailua Awards in the category of Vacation Rentals.

We have an amazing location under a 1 minute walk to Kailua Beach Park! Our villa is tucked away on a private beach lane, offering a beautiful shared pool, hot tub, and lush Hawaiian gardens. Inside, you'll find air conditioning in every room and free WiFi. For your convenience, we provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also have shared access to a washer/dryer with laundry supplies, a gas BBQ, bikes, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, mats, and towels for outdoor fun. Please note that there is a spiral staircase in the unit. Both bedrooms are upstairs, and you'll need to pass through one bedroom to reach the other. However, each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The highlight of our villa is its unbeatable location just a short 1-2 minute walk down a private beach lane to Kailua Beach Park, recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The calm waters, thanks to the coral reef just half a mile offshore, make it perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking.

Wedding Week
Booked this location for the my wedding party accommodations. Host was amazing, communicative, and flexible, meeting all of our needs. Would highly recommend this property especially if you have a large enough group to occupy all three of the units. The location is secluded yet close to the beach and local market. Parking was a little tight but no complaints as it's free and parking in Hawaii is always crazy. Don't miss out on this awesome property!

This place made for the perfect way to be with your kids and relax at the same time. The pool and hottub were perfect and the beach was right next door. A little market just a 10 minute walk away. Perfect! We would definitely come back to this same location in the future!

A place where you can feel at home while in paradise.
My family and I had a fantastic time! The property fit our needs, and the location was perfect. If you are looking for the resort feel, this is not your place, but If you are looking for somewhere you feel like a local, this is it. Susan and her family were great hosts; they were quick to answer questions or assist with an issue, and although they gave us our space, they were kind and caring. We absolutely plan on staying again.

We loved our stay in the Palm Villa. The location could not be better for Kailua Beach Park and the courtyard with the pool was a lovely place for a relaxing breakfast. There were a few items that needed replacing but Sue was quick to help us.

Exceptional communication with hosts and property is ideally located to enjoy Kailua Beach and Lanikai! Our stay was fabulous and the hosts have thought of everything to have on hand so you don’t waste a lot of time or money on things you can’t take home like chairs, boogie boards etc. We loved our stay and the location, and will definitely plan to come back!

Excellent Stay!
Location is amazing, just a minute or two walking to be on the beach. Plenty of room for the four of us (myself, husband, two teenagers) and the unit was very clean. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the property was just as pictured in the photos. Would stay again!

Property was great. Walk to the beach and a few shops down the path. Great steak house withing a couple blocks. Only thing I can say is that the parking is tight, but that's ok. Just plan on renting a small car to be able to fit comfortably.

Perfect Stay Exactly as described
Family of 5 with 3 teens. Property was exactly as pictured and was perfect location and size for our family. The host, Susan, was wonderful and very responsive. Hot tub was great. Didn't use pool as it was cold (stayed in March), but would probably be great after a hot Hawaiian day. Didn't need the AC but AC units were available. TONS of toys, beach chairs and snorkeling equip for fund days at the beach. This was really appreciated by our kids.

Kailua Beach Getaway
A fantastic location to Kailua and Lanikai beaches and walks. A short distance to restaurants and cages and kailua downtown. The host was very responsive. The property was fairly dated and could have been cleaner, however the walk to the beach was so close. The Internet and washing machine were not working, but the owner communicated and got the Internet fixed and did the laundry at their property.

Clean but some old furniture that needs replacement and better cleaning ...for price. Price is for location. Didnt need a car. Bus to town, beach across the street, Buzz restraunt down the street. Walking paths. Beautiful pool. Need more care of this cottage .
