If you’re seeking the tropical getaway of a lifetime, look no further than this amazing oceanfront Kailua-Kona vacation rental condo, complete with mesmerizing sunset views over the Pacific!

With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom this unit is the perfect size for a couple out for an unforgettable Hawaiian retreat. At the end of the day, relax outside on the private lanai with a mai tai & simply take in your the incredible view as the sun slips behind the Pacific Ocean you’ll be able to enjoy amazing Hawaiian sunsets from both the lanai and the living room! New mattress installed May 2019 & new sofa bed July 2018. NOTE - There is no air conditioning.

Located on the top floor (4th floor) in the very quiet Kona Bali Kai condominium complex, this condo is ideally situated close to all activities, beaches, shopping, and restaurants in Kona. You’ll find tide pools directly outside for exploring, and the famous Banyans surf spot is located right in front. “Da Poke Shack," rated number 1 on Yelp’s “100 Best Places to Eat in America,” is conveniently located on the premises, so definitely make sure to check it out for a tasty meal! You and your travel companion will also have access to the communal barbeque area with picnic table and courtyard swimming pool inside the complex, just in case you desire a change of pace from the sand and surf. What a beautiful location! The apartment and equipment (snorkel, beach) were perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). We saw turtles from the lanai every day! Great communication with owner and overall a great stay!

Beautiful ocean view out the very private lanai. Very comfortable mattress. Parking is adequate and access is easy from the street. As other reviews stated the bedroom is facing the street and at times can be noisy. Otherwise a very nice stay.

Beautiful Sunsets
We didn’t spend a lot of time at the condo during the day, but it’s in a great location for doing various day trips. It had everything we needed and the view from the lanai was fantastic. We took advantage of the small farmers market next door on Saturday and Sunday. It was also really nice to have beach chairs and a boogie board to use. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Lanai To Enjoy The Sunset and Surf
The condo is comfortable and the view from the Lanai is its true charm. We enjoyed our stay. I recommend that you update the pots, pans, knives & dishwasher.
