We had a wonderful time at the condo! It was clean, excellently laid out with everything we could need for our stay. We cooked every night and had everything we could need to make meals. Bedding was comfy. It was nice to have the beach towels for the pool. The location could not be better! We highly recommend this for anyone visiting the Big Island. Thanks Rita!

Beautiful home, great location!
This home is very comfortable with air conditioning. The location is wonderful. The pools are beautiful and clean. There’s lots of beach, chairs, toys, snorkel gear, etc. Also, plenty of cooking supplies and spices. Our family had a wonderful time. We would stay there again.

Great Place with lots of extras
This place had it all. Beach toys, snorkeling gear, water shoes, beach towels and beach chairs and umbrellas. 13 minute walk from a really great snorkeling spot, saw a lot of fish. Also really close to stores/shops just up the hill. The pool is very nice. There is also a nice farmers market near Longs drugs got some good local fruits (not sure how often they do it, maybe just weekends)

Great place! Clean and just as advertised.
We loved our stay at Rita’s home. She is super sweet and helpful. She has plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. about 5 mins from downtown Kona and right by a shopping center with grocery store, restaurants and movie theater. Lots to do!

Wonderful, relaxing family holiday!
This home is clean, spacious and generously stocked with linens(indoor and beach), kitchen supplies, and beach/pool equipment. The three full baths make a family stay very comfortable. Large tables indoor and out for dining. Gorgeous view of water from private patio. Host was easy to contact and provided lots of info on activities, restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful Hawaii Retreat
This is a beautiful property on the Big Island with convenient shopping nearby and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Kailua-Kona to make it perfect for anyone that wants quiet and peaceful sunsets each night out on the Lanai that looks over the ocean. Town is just a few minutes ride up Ali'i Drive, with all it's shops, restaurants and outdoor activities. Thank you Rita for being the best hostess we've ever worked with. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to the Hawaii.

Wonderful Family Trip
We came to Hawai’i to watch our son graduate from UH Hilo but decided to stay on the Kona side to make it a nice vacation. and what a vacation! Condo was perfect for a family of 5; having 3 bathrooms was a must. Lots of room and a nice lanai for our morning coffee. Also had some equipment for the beach which was nice. Location was close to everything which is a plus. Rita was a gracious host . I would highly recommend this condo if you are coming to Kona area.

Enormous and thoughtfully appointed
What a great rental! Super responsive host, nice public areas and the best hot tub in Hawaii! Three huge bedrooms with comfy beds, two patios and a very complete kitchen made us feel like we were living in luxury. This is a nice location for the shopping plaza up the hill and great sunsets but you have to drive to the beaches. Very private, safe and quiet is what we wanted and that’s what we got! Mahalo for everything!
