Wasn't happy that breakfast wasn't included. Also the pool was closed, and we were not made aware of it. Also, one elevator was out if order and the printer in the business center was out of order. Maintenance seems to be an issue here.

My experience at the Holiday Inn in Battle Creek, MI was pleasant. The Hotel was quiet, clean, and convenient driving distance to work assignment. Lots of dining and shopping options close by. The Staff was pleasant and welcoming. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The phone did not work I the room.And did not know the charger for breakfast and it was over $12.00 pre person they had sign that gave the time and down on the bottom that gave the price if I know it was over twelve dollars I would went someone else.

I was on a 2 week travels for work. Out of the 11 hotels i had to stay at it was the only one that didnt have complimentary breakfast.. found that odd these days. Also i tripped on carpet in hallway on 2nd floor cause its loose and rippled. Twisted my knee. And a lot of bugs in window
