"This property is an old style chettinad mansion which has been modernised but retaining most of its original features. It's beautiful to look at but does not live up to its 5 star rating and definitely does not justify its sky high room rates. The staff appear untrained and look baffled at simple requests. Our triple room had a toilet and bathroom within the main bedroom area with just a simple wooden louvre separating door. This clearly offers no privacy whatsoever and is unacceptable for a...
