"The property is beautiful. Everything very new and excpetionally clean. There are great views from a large terrace with a small communal pool which is incredibly nice. We were made to feel very welcome and the host accommodating to some needs we had folllowing flight issues. The location is also good with a local town within 10 mins walk with some shops and resturants. I would recommend a hire car to provide easy access to Chania and the surrounding areas. I will definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I absolutely loved this property. We had such a wonderful time and the staff were so kind! The service was wonderful and the in-house restaurant was absolutely delicious! "I ended up staying at Casa Modiano for over a week and was able to stay in several rooms. Room 5 with a couch was my favorite because it was a bit more spacious but all three rooms I had were lovely. Great decor, incredible location, delicious breakfast. Loved sitting on the balcony sipping wine, feeling the breeze off the ocean and writing. Near everything but one street removed from the waterfront noise. Much more charming. "

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. "We loved staying at this hotel. The modern, clean and comfortable facility had some of the friendliest staff we encountered during our stay in Greece. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We were sad to leave them after 2 days. The hotel is not in the tourist area of Chania. It feels much more Greek. We drive into town one night for dinner which was 10-15 minutes the other night we went to a small town 10 minutes in the other direction and had a fantastic meal at a small Greek family run...
