Downstairs - This villa has a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances including a Coffee Pod Machine with Pods supplied and a Airfryer is included. The main bedroom with King bed, Large bathroom with a large shower area & toilet. Both have hand rails for aid if required, A seperate small laundry with washing machine and Cordless Vacuum cleaner. The open plan lounge and dining area has a  Large screen Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD player and Bluetooth stereo.

Upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 single beds a second bathroom & toilet. There is also a lovely smaller open sitting room with an additional lounge, a second smaller smart TV & DVD along with a variety of games. Great for the kids.

The villa offers you cool only air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area, a front patio with a comfy setting where you can see the river from the front of the villa, Small back courtyard inc BBQ, a outdoor table & chairs with clothes line. You have your own front undercover parking bay.

Kalbarri Blue Ocean Villas is ideally situated in a complex of 7 villas, with a beautiful shared pool, positioned just a stone's throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants. WIFI and Foxtel are also available.  .

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few.
