Lovely, clean and tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 storey unit. Just a short stroll from the river, foreshore, shops and restaurants.

Set in lovely Garden surrounds with shared swimming pool and BBQ's, the unit offers an enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere to use as a home base for your Kalbarri holiday experience.

The main bedroom with a queen size bed is situated downstairs as is the laundry, bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining, living area. The kitchen is well equipped with stove/oven, microwave, fridge with separate small freezer and bar drinks fridge.

Two more bedrooms are on the upper level, one room has a double bed and the third room has 2 single beds as well as a large lounge area complete with big screen TV .

Reverse cycle air conditioner in main bedroom and living areas with ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

2 bay carport is situated at the front of the unit for easy access. Free WIFI inc.

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and suited our needs. It had all the features that we needed for cooking meals. Having a pool and lawn for the children was a bonus and being able to walk to the river was great.

My only issue would be that it only has one toilet and shower for the whole house. No master bedroom with ensuite (probably my fault that I didn't read the description), but I expected it to have an ensuite since it claims to accomodate unto 6 people. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a total of 6 nights we were meant to stay 7 but we left early not because of the accommodation!! had everything we needed and 2 of us came from sydney so seeing the kangaroos and emus walking the street was really cool for them we visited all of the local attractions kalbarri is so beautiful with a 2min drive from the river was perfect!! only fault was the person staying next to us played their amp guitar til 10.30pm everything else was amazing great location!! cleanliness 10/10!! And having the pool was a bonus!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time during our stay, and cannot recommend the Palm Garden Apartment enough! The layout of the apartment was fantastic, and we had so much space (1 adult and 4 children), the upstairs lounge was great to watch a movie and relax after a big day exploring. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms had a brilliant amount of storage and the beds themselves were so comfortable. Having a washing machine during our 6 day stay was super convenient. We didn't use the air con as it wasn't needed, the fans in the rooms were perfect. The property was very clean and well maintained, the grounds are well kept and beautiful to look out onto from the downstairs living area. The pool was well used, the kids loved it! The location was perfect, in a quiet street and just a short walk to town, the river and beach. We visited Blue Holes, the Coastal Cliffs, went for early morning walks to the river mouth, we loved visiting the Gorges and Nature's Window, and the cafes were fantastic! Gorges Cafe in particular offer a brilliant breakfast menu, the Red Bluff Bakery Cafe was a favourite for lunch - hot meals, pies and pastries, sushi, rolls and wraps. The local IGA was well stocked as well.This is our 3rd trip to Kalbarri and by far the best place we have stayed, we're already looking at booking again and sharing the experience with friends. Thanks for a fantastic base during our stay!

Very clean, tidy and very conditioner to live there. Although it was a bit far of the beach and Centre I like it because my car and us stayed away of the sandy and salty wind. We would like to come back of course. Thanks to the people at office as well, they were so kind and attended all my enquires.

Fantastic kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need. Wonderful access to a nice garden area and well maintained pool.There's just a few things I wasn't impressed with...All the beds were uncomfortable.The towels weren't of good quality hence couldn't dry yourself well.The sofa upstairs is getting tired looking and not the most comfortable.And finally, on our last day when packing we noticed silverfish in the house and some were on our clothes.

Reviewer Comments: Being one of the hottest days on record for Xmas we still had a great stay over that period in Kalbarri.This was mainly due to the exceptional accommodation we had. The air-conditioning was more than adequate in the living area's and Main bedroom. Maybe some future thought on spit systems upstairs bedrooms would benefit as in those type of conditions and being close to roof the ceiling fans struggled to cool sufficiently. However we were able to cope.Layout and equipment in house was more than adequate that you do not have to bring anything with you, as is often the case with other accommodation we have stayed in. Well done to the owners. Considering the huge amount of damage done by Cyclone Seroja and the immense amount of work still required to get Kalbarri and the whole complex back on it's feet it is a credit to all concerned to be able to have most places operating to allow our stay. Well done to the community and town people for their resilience.
