"Great Property, located very close to Rovinj Old City. The host and his wife made us feel at home as soon as we got in and gave us great tips on getting around town and eating. The apartment has all amenities that you would need, including parking for your car, the beds and sofas are very comfortable and you can ask the hosts anything and they are most willing to help. "This residence was located in a very central walkable area of old town. We very much enjoyed exploring Rovinj. The residence hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made our check in very easy. "We stayed at Alla Pescheria in Rovinj from Nov.19-20. The town was quiet during our visit, with many shops were closed, and the weather was rainy but mild. The building is old, but the rooms are modern and well-designed. Avior provided an electric vehicle upon arrival, and Manuel was very helpful, assisting with our luggage and navigating the steep, narrow stairs to the room. "Das Haus an sich war ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Man sollte wissen dass das Haus direkt an einer stark befahrenden Straße liegt. Erholung im eigenen Garten ist hier Fehlanzeige. Drum herum wird auch gebaut. Das heißt man hat eigentlich permanent nur Lärm um sich herum. Gleich zu Beginn hat eine der Klimaanlagen Wasser verloren. Hilfe wäre erst am nächsten Tag gekommen. Kaltes Wasser im 1. Bad. Und das gerade als man duschen wollte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen....
