"This is an excellent higher end business hotel with a very nice onsen. Right across from the JR Station and lot's of shopping and eating options. Our room was in the East Tower which had its own private entrance which is more convenient than entering via the hotel lobby. Recommended."

"We have 3 persons to stay at this hotel. But the room just had two brushes for teeth cleaning and two bottles of distilled water. Also I would expect the room has washing machine for clothes' cleaning."
