"Staff is very eager to pleaae. Property is 'daily clean', but it needs a good detailing. Marble floors are dull, brass and chrome could be much better, Areas with low foot traffic seem neglected. Back of house areas have debris, old furnishings, need help. It seems the hotel may be struggeling with the slow tourism revival after Covid."

"We spent 4 nights at the Glorious Hotel and Spa while visiting family members in a village about 90 minutes away. The tasty breakfast got us off to a good start each morning and it was a pleasure to return to our room each evening and take a dip in the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Our one critique was the beds. Our group had a total of five rooms and each bed was rock hard. All in all, we were satisfied with our stay and would book here...

"Arrived and there was nobody on reception desk, it looked like reception hadn’t been open in a long time, was shown to a few rooms until I was given one that was ready, tried the tv and was not to use as it was broke and it didn’t sound safe, WiFi was barely useable despite what it says on the advert, I couldn’t take a shower or use the water in the sink as the water was brown and that didn’t change throughout my stay, I tried to find someone to ask about changing rooms and couldn’t find any...

"awful, the hotel is part of a now deserted resort. No English speaking staff (which was advertised), none of the facilities work, there's nothing to do and the restaurant shuts at 6pm, everything is broken and run down. We were the only people there in the entire resort. Give it a miss unless you like to stay in a Ghost town ruin."
