"The staff installed a new bed for our child in the family room 15min after I inquired how we could sleep 4 people with a king bed and a single bed. The staff is very very nice and customer oriented"

"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. The pillows were moldy and the whole place was dark and gloomy. We felt unsafe and check out to other hotel without staying though we already paid for the 2 rooms."
