"It was good, cleanliness surrounding the grout of bathrooms and luggage benches needed to be wiped on general rubbing marks. The swimming pool, and general flooring/ hidden areas should be better attention to cleaning, not just glossing over - The hotel is only 5 yo, and the effort of polishing/ cleaning of public areas, or wall paints needed better protection of weather - generally maintained to good standards. "Planned a trip with friends. Had a little hiccup during registration where my friend didn’t have enough cash for the deposit but they were kind enough to accept however much she had. And on review when I checked out, I found out that they had actually upgraded our booking to a Villa. Loved the ambience. Comfortable beds. Nice cool indoors. Will certainly love to visit again"
