Food was extraordinary. Sharon who made the morning sunrise hike at the reserve unbelievable perfect. Dora and Hassini at the spa are amazing!!! Best hands ever!!! Melvin who arranged amazing tours on the resort. Ms. Fiona the GM of the resort who was gracious and kind and a perfect example and reflection of the staff’s heart and soul. This is definitely a piece of heaven and I was blessed to be surrounded by such an incredible place. My stay could not have been more special and perfect. "
