Primely located ground-floor condo with expansive ocean views at the exclusive Mauna Kea Resort, Kumulani A1 has received over 70 five star reviews. This luxurious two bedroom, two bath residence with den was originally selected and furnished as a model because of its sweeping uninterrupted views of ocean, golf course and pond. The spacious living area offers palm-printed, newly reupholstered rattan furnishings, there is indoor and outdoor dining, and a den area that serves as a media room with a Smart TV. The master bedroom has island inspired decor, a king bed, Roku TV, en-suite, walk-in closet and ocean views while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and TV with basic cable. You will enjoy breathtaking views from the 375 sq. ft. wrap-around lanai and use of a Weber gas grill, perfect for sunset family BBQs. Amenities include fast wireless internet access at no additional charge, central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Guests of Kumulani at Mauna Kea A1 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $120/day in 2024 and $130/day in 2025 + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and all associated amenities, where Kumulani A1 is located, will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections. Wonderful visit to Mauna Kea
Condo was just as pictured. I was traveling w my daughter. SIL and 22 mth old grandson. Unit was perfect for us. I esp loved the small grassy area out back so he could play and watch the golfers. The kitchen had all we needed to cook and serve and exceeded our expectations I would definitely rent this unit again.

Spectacular View
We were in Kona to celebrate a dear friend’s birthday, and it was over the top amazing! You can’t beat the weather, the scenery, the fresh ahi tuna, the Kona brewery, the beaches, and the malasadas. Our rental, the Kumulani at Mauna Kea, was everything we expected plus. In my opinion, our view was the best in Kona, and the unit was stocked with everything you would need. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with this VRBO listing.
