I was looking for something clean for the price I was paying and I definitely got it! It’s an old property but pretty well maintained. We had previously stayed in a motel down the street for the same price and it was DIRTY. I gave the room a lower rating because the mattress was rock hard! Thankfully the bedding Was soft and comfortable enough to get me through the night, but I would not recommend this place because of that.

Bed was comfortable and room was large for our last minute stay. Amenities were lacking, hallways dirty, appliances suuuuper old and somewhat dirty from aged. But, what to be expected for a cheap hotel. Great for a literal last minute need!

Clearly, this is a low cost option in Kanab, and it was full. However, it is an older motel that has not been renovated... (e.g., light switches loose/broken, tub/shower handle loose to the point of not working, door veneer peeling, etc.). There was a breakfast, but limited (has a waffle station). It is walkable to a few restaurants and a small museum.
