Summary:
Experience tranquility at Primrose, a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom with a loft retreat in Sunflower Skies, close to Kanab, UT. This home is ideal for families and small groups looking to enjoy the beauty of the desert and the convenience of on-site amenities like our seasonally solar heated and cooled pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit and playground!

The Space:
Primrose welcomes you with an inviting and spacious living area featuring tasteful decor and a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining space. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs in the living room and lower bedrooms. The home has two well-appointed bathrooms, one is an ensuite in the primary bedroom and the other is shared for the guest room and loft. Additionally, there’s a loft with a queen bed accessible by ladder, perfect for adventurous guests. Sleeping up to six, with an extra cot available for a seventh guest, Primrose includes a private fenced patio with a BBQ and seating area. Drive-way parking is available for all. Our unique red rock landscapes set the stage for lasting memories.

Guests at Primrose have access to the entire home, including a private patio perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Enjoy all community amenities such as the seasonal outdoor pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit, and kids' playground.

Located in the serene Sunflower Skies retreat, Primrose provides easy access to hiking trails and nearby national parks. The development is designed to offer peace and quiet, making it a perfect spot for a rejuvenating vacation.

Getting Around:
To make the most of your stay, a car is recommended for exploring the local area and visiting Kanab. Ample parking is available at Primrose, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.

Other Things to Note:
Our shared outdoor pool is seasonally solar heated/cooled. Opening and closing dates can vary based on sunlight and outside air temperatures. As a rule of thumb we anticipate the pool to close October and open April/May/June depending on weather patterns.

Great stay outside town
This was a great stop on our family trip to the Grand Canyon. My older parents stayed on the main floor, as did me any my partner. My younger sister and husband stayed in the loft, which would have been difficult for anyone older or less mobile. The loft is great for teens and children over 5-6 y/o; And there is a cover to prevent toddlers from climbing the ladder. We were quite happy to arrive at an oasis from the heat with a great AC system. The pool is shared with the other rental properties, but there's only a handful of them, so it's effectively "private". The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking supplies, which was great for cooking dinner and breakfast while we were there. The oven and induction cook top worked great. We were also very happy to move our food from our coolers to the fridge/freezer to recharge everything. Overall, great place to stay, whether a center point to checkout the local area or a short pitstop along the way.
