Summary:
Clover is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a loft includes a private hot tub, situated in the beautiful Sunflower Skies retreat near Kanab, UT. This home is ideal for a relaxing family vacation or a fun group getaway. Our retreat features a rare-to-find seasonally solar heated and cooled pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit and playground!

The Space:
Clover features a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The home offers a comfortable living area with stylish decor, a fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting dining area. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs in the living room and lower bedrooms. This home features two bedrooms plus a loft with a queen bed accessible by ladder. Guests have access to two well-appointed bathrooms, one is an ensuite in the primary bedroom and the other is shared for the guest room and loft. Clover can sleep up to six guests, with a cot available for a seventh. Enjoy the private fenced patio with a BBQ and seating area, and convenient parking on a private driveway. This is the perfect location to make unforgettable memories.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, including the private hot tub and patio. Community amenities such as the swimming pool, pavilion, Pickle Ball courts, fire pit, and kids' playground are also available for use.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the serene Sunflower Skies retreat, Clover provides easy access to hiking trails and national parks. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for a peaceful retreat.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore Kanab and the surrounding areas. Clover offers convenient parking, making travel easy and stress-free for guests.

Other Things to Note:
Our shared outdoor pool is seasonally solar heated/cooled. Opening and closing dates can vary based on sunlight and outside air temperatures. As a rule of thumb we anticipate the pool to close October and open April/May/June depending on weather patterns.

Kanab Getaway
We had such a great time in Kanab. There was so much hiking and exploring nearby. This property is very clean and has all the amenities you will need. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and playground. We hope to come ba k again someday.

Perfect location
This property was a newer property that is centrally located when you are there to visit multiple national parks. Relaxed in private hot tub at night for beautiful star gazing and swam in the very inviting pool on days we didn’t travel to a park. Beautiful mountainous surroundings Would recommend this property . Enough space for the 3 of us comfortably.

Excellent! A must stay!
Beautiful new home just outside of town. The house has everything you need to enjoy a night or several weeks. Take notice of the full size washer and dryer, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill and two large bedrooms. There is a loft 3rd bed which you access via a ladder. The sunset and sunrise views make this a beautiful home to relax in or a great launching pad for Zion and Bryce. Nicole was very responsive and provided us everything we needed prior to and after our arrival. I hope you enjoy this beautiful house as much as we did.

Great Location & Amenities! Close to Town and "The Wave"
We had a great stay. The property seemed brand new and the shared amenities of the pool and pickleball courts were a big plus. We used it as a home base for our Wave hike, and the close proximity of 10min to town was a big plus. The hosts were very responsive and the check-in process was a breeze. We look forward to staying there again our next time in the Kenab area!
