The check-in process was painful and luggage was left to rot for three hours after we got our room because it was that disorganized. The room was maybe 20 feet by 8 feet and was stocked with two beds, a desk, a table, two chairs and a big screen TV. Bathroom looked like it was out of a trailer home with a lip six inches above the floor. Breakfast was typical asian fusion college fare. Laundry room is on 14th floor and is comprised of two washer/dryer combos with a drying time of eight hours. If you hate life this place is for you.

ユニットバスのシャンプーなどアメニティ置き場に短髪の髪の毛が付着していた。きちんと清掃や点検がなされているのか懐疑的になった。 また最上階が大浴場で、その階下の部屋だったが、夜中１時までと朝５時から階上の足音など振動音がかなり響き辛かった。

大浴場の改修工事で時間が限られていて、女性の方が昼間の時間帯のみだったため、入浴できなかったのが残念でした。 朝食やベッドなどよかったです。とてもよかったのは、ツイン部屋を予約したのですが、部屋の鏡が大きくて、他のホテルにはチェアが1つしかないのに2つ置いてあったので、2人並んで使えたのがとてもよかったです。 テーブルと椅子があったのですが、通路が狭くなりキャリーを置くスペースがないため無くても良いかなと思いました。
