"I stayed at the Oberoi two times in a two week period upon arrival and departure in India. The first stay was the perfect landing into the country after a 23 hour journey. "Upon checkin they told us they forgot to block the room we had booked and that the room was already taken. They proceeded to drop us at another hotel which seemed awful compared with the one we had paid for.
