"The hotel is new part of city so it was really clean and I like my room, service and staff was excellent. Also there was so many choices for restaurants. All the restaurants I‘be tried I was satisfied. But now I’m in city of tong young and I’m already disappointed with the quality of hotel. Staff doesn’t care. "It was a quick stay. This is our second time staying there and we simply needed a safe place to sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I appreciate that it was warm when we arrived. My primary complaint about this hotel is the limited staffing hours and late check-in time. The location is convenient to a friend's home, so it's a good fit for us. "Clean and nice"

"Location was very close and within walking distance to the intercity bus terminal so was easy to find. We were staying for only one night whilst the annual Jinju lantern festival was taking place, so the hotel was right along the river where the festival was which was really convenient and we could see the lanterns from our bedroom window as well. Only downside was that the rooms were a bit outdated, the carpet was older and had a few stains and the bathroom had really poor drainage and had...

"우선, 화장실에 전기코드가 없음, 그런곳은 처음봄, 간단한 조식이 무료라고하여 아침에 이용하였는데 제대로된 커피도 없었고 양도 모자라 나중에온 사람들은 먹지도 못하고 갔습니다. 차라리 조식을 안하느니만 못하는 수준입니다. 저희뿐만 아니라 다른 이용객들도 조식을 보고 당황스러워하였음... 이게뭔가 싶었고 투숙객들 농락하는것같았음... 비추천합니다. 룸에 머리카락도 많았고 제대로 청소가 안된것같습니다. 그렇다고 프로트 데스크 서비스도 좋은것도 아니고 다음에는 전국 브라운 도트 호텔 모두 이용하지 않기로 마음먹었습니다."

"We were on a cycling trip and this was our first stay in a motel. The staff were helpful and explained how things worked. It had everything we needed for a one-night stay including a basic but quite adequate breakfast. There is a good restaurant 100m from the motel. No reason not to stay here if you are passing through. "
