The breakfast at the Tea Lounge is excellent, with a generous and varied buffet featuring South Indian, North Indian, and continental options. The location was very convenient, situated in Goregaon West close to several corporate and IT hubs, making commuting easy and efficient."

Though would love to see more improvements on breakfast, there’s no complaint, per se. If traveling for business, I can rebook at this property provided other options such as IBIS Thane are not available. "

"The hotel may look new and clean, but that’s where the good part ends. The service here is absolutely terrible. The staff has no clue what they’re doing — every simple request needed 3–5 reminder calls, all day long. No professionalism, no interest, and zero courtesy. Food service is a joke. Minimum 2 hours for any meal, and even then they manage to deliver the wrong items. Overall, a very disappointing stay. The hotel desperately needs proper staff training. Until then, I absolutely would not...
