You will love the comfort and charm of this beautifully refinished & warm feeling 6 bedroom home nestled in an absolutely quaint, established, and quiet neighborhood in one of Kansas City's most sought after areas. Special attention paid to functionality and nice clean finishes really sets this property apart from others. We have on-site parking for 3-4 vehicles, street parking is also available!

You will be able to enjoy a full kitchen equipped kitchen to help cook a meal. There is a formal dining area along with a secondary dining area as well.

Family time vacation
Loved all of us being under one roof. The shower curtain in the main floor shower is too high. Host was very accommodating.

UK graduation
Rented this house for a big family gathering celebrating our son’s graduation from UK. The location was very close to many attractions in Kansas City. The house itself was very large with plenty of room for us, as well as well equipped with all that we needed during our stay.

Great spot near everything!
The owner has done amazing work on this property. The restoration is top notch! Tiny little things to fix but nothing to write home about. Loved the location and it fit our big family (in town for a wedding) with ease! Never felt like we were on top of each other and felt very at home versus a rental. Next time we are in town, we'll be looking here again!
