Wonderful group stay right near downtown KC
Our group had a great stay here for a Chiefs game! The home had everything we needed, the beds were nice, the location was great (very easy to get around everywhere one would want to go), hosts were responsive, and we loved the backyard too. Would stay again!

Adequate accomodations
Three adult males came to Kansas City to witness the NCAA Wrestling Championships. We spent minimal time at the house during the three-day stay. The house was conveniently situation near the downtown area where hte T Mobile Arena was located. We slept, ate and drank with restaurants and grocery stories nearby.

Wonderful Stay
We had a great stay here. The home was comfortable and spacious. It was centrally located, which made it easier to get around town. The neighborhood was a little run down, but overall felt safe. Had a small issue with something being delivered, but communication with the property manager was quick and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. Would stay again if we’re ever in KC again.

Large place but very noisy
Large place, slept 5 comfortably. Owner was very quick to bring us items that were in short supply (toilet paper, trash bags). Layout was a bit awkward and neighborhood was less than desirable. Fire truck and police sirens all day and night (both stations very close).

Nice place
Everything achieved and exceeded expextations other than having to walk around to the front of the house to go inside. Would highly reccomend putting in dutch doors in place of the sliding glass. Additionally the hot/cold water lines in the upstairs hallways bathroom tub are reversed. Not a big issue but we thought we had no hot water for a few minutes.

I have a few pros and cons about my stay that would like to elaborate on for the future. Me and my family always use AB for our stays. This is how we rent until our house is purchased. We have been living like this for 1.5 years now. This was my first time trying VB and honestly my last. Let’s start with the pros first. Pros: the pictures looks exactly like house so that was nice. The were few items the host provided that I thought was thoughtful, like paper plates, plastic ware, tons of dishes, laundry detergent, snacks, water bottles, towels, trash bags Cons: No garage or basement access!!!! the keypad wasn’t working properly when we tried to use it so the host had to meet us to fix it. I’m honestly not sure if the host fixed it like that just so she can meet us in person because there was no issues with the keypad at all after that and we checked in 2hrs later than our check in. The host stays very close so watch that. She requested to come into the house twice while we were there for 7 days only. The first request she asked was to come into the unit to get a measurement of a barstool to reorder. 2 days later she asked if she could come into the garage and not the house for something. She clearly was only doing that to spy on us and I didn’t like that at all. Check in was @10, we was taking our items to our other unit and when we came back to the house @9:30 to get the rest the host was in the garage! That is not OK at all! She calls your phone multiple times.

Very clean
This house was a good option for my stay. We didn’t have any problems in this area and it is pretty centrally located. The property was very clean and had many areas to relax and socialize. This is an older property so it’s not perfect. Overall I am ver satisfied with the property and would recommend.

Great location for Crown Plaza destination
I tell you what, the hospitality is top notch!!! I am tech-illiterate and, I can't remember the woman's name, but she came to the home, unlocked the front door, and was there in 15 minutes! The house is beautiful and secure. It was just my son and I, so obviously, plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. It was my son's 13th bday so he got the master suite and I slept in the "guest bed" with a bad back and arthritic knees. I did not have a single problem getting out of bed, which is something to say since I groan and wobble getting out of my own! Very, very worthy of a 5 star review!!!

Our weekend stay.
We got in around 10:30pm and were quite impressed! It was way much more than we had imagined. Very spacious yet homey, big screen televisions, snacks, drinks were available free of cost. Decorated very nicely made us feel very much at home, the master bedroom appears very luxurious and the bed is very spacious and comfrtable. This is a lodging place that you will greatly enjoy and will want stay there whenever the opportunity arises. We give it five stars, there are many more amenities that we did not experience such as the jacuzzi but we certainly next time! Very affordable too.
