Summary:
Welcome! This historic Bungalow in the West Plaza Antique District is newly updated inside and out. The home was originally built in 1901 and boasts authentic charm with modern day amenities. This 2 bed, 2 bath (2 master suites) home sits on a quaint street just west of the renowned Country Club Plaza. It can accommodate up to 5 guests in beds with an air mattress available for an additional 2 guests if needed. This house has a private driveway, front porch and fenced backyard with gas grill.

The Space:
The front porch welcomes you with chairs to enjoy the quaint neighborhood and front landscaping. There is a private driveway and street parking available. The backyard is fully fenced for your 4 legged friend and includes a deck with large eating table, gas grill , and fire pit.
Inside, the main floor bedroom has a queen bed. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, single bed and queen air mattress available with memory foam mattress topper if needed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and has a breakfast bar area that seats 4. The dining room table seats 6. The living area has a 42 inch SMART TV, log into your own smart apps. Washer and dryer are on the main floor laundry room, just off the full bath.
Home is conveniently located .8 miles from the Country Club Plaza and has a local coffee shop and unique restaurants within walking distance (.3 miles). High speed fiber internet, 2 smart TV’s in which you will need to log into your own TV apps, coffee pot, filters and single serve Keurig , bring your own Keurig pods. Up to 2 pets allowed for responsible pet owners, $35.

Guests have access to entire home, backyard and driveway. No access to locked garage/shed.
Video Ring doorbell present on outside of property for guest safety.

Located in the West Plaza neighborhood, this house is on a one-way, quiet street. The house is walking distance to local coffee shops, eateries and Westwood Park. This home sits next to the West Plaza Antique District which boasts 3 blocks of impressive red brick buildings. It is filled mostly with antique shops crammed full of unique items, curios, and second hand treasures, and delights all who visit the area.

Nice digs. Convenient location to our favorite locations
We had a very nice stay in this nicely appointed home. The only drawback was the fact that the TVs aren't connected to cable. They are smart TVs, so you can sign in to your apps from your subscriptions. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was the cleanest I have ever stayed at! There was not a spot of dirt anywhere. The backyard is private and a great spot to relax. The neighborhood is cute and easily walkable and safe. Major sites are nearby as well as nice places to eat. Jennie is easy to contact and was great with communicating with us.

Overall we were very impressed with the support from the property manager and the high quality of the property. The TV in one bedroom was very nice. Wonderful wedding weekend
We stayed at the property for three nights for my daughter’s wedding weekend. My husband and I stayed here along with my adult son and his partner. This property was everything advertised. It was clean, well stocked, and well suited for two adult couples. Each couple was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom spaces on separate floors. There was also enough room for several members of the bridal party to get ready for the rehearsal and dinner. Julie communicated well and there were no issues with check in. It was close to our event spaces. It was perfect for what we needed. If it hadn’t been raining, the lovely outdoor space would have allowed for wonderful get togethers.

Family Getaway
My husband and I brought my parents to KC for the Steve Nicks concert. This location was perfect with access to the best parts of KC and restaurants and shops accessible on foot. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and felt like home. We will definitely be back.

Great little house for a staycation with friends! It had all the essentials and was decorated very cute! We didn’t utilize the outdoor space due to weather, but it was very inviting! Long driveway with space for 3 or 4 cars was also a plus! Host was very communicative.

Great Stay!
My family and I had such a great time here!! We spent both nights out by the fire pit and the tall privacy fence made it feel like we had our own little place in the city. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were cozy and well decorated, the bathrooms were very cute and clean, the kitchen was well stocked and we were close to everything we did! Julie was an excellent host - very kind and quick to respond. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

Great house!
My girlfriends and I loved our stay here. We had so much fun and this house is in a perfect area! We walked to a coffee shop the host recommended and absolutely loved it! We went every morning we loved it so much. The beds were amazing and the water pressure was great. The backyard was a perfect little oasis. I cannot wait to come back and bring my kiddos. First visit to KC
So happy we chose this house. We were in town for the AOTA convention. My husband is an OT and our daughter is in school to become one. We brought two of her classmates and it was perfect. They could take the car and I was able to walk wherever I wanted to go. The house was simple and clean. All we need when on vacation. Julie was accessible as needed and very friendly. Lovely little cottage
This pretty home is a little urban oasis. It seemed that anything we could have needed had been anticipated by our host, from colorful unbreakable dishes for eating on the private patio to an abundance of cozy throws and pillows on couches and beds. Great park just two blocks away, and antique stores and restaurants just a short walk from the front porch. Quiet street in a cute neighborhood with plenty of suggestions from the host for nearby attractions. Would definitely stay again.
