Dirty, Homeless People inside, smells like marajuana everywhere. Key card never worked properly, parties going on after hours in rooms, very noisy, elevator broken and not being repaired. Unsafe for kids.

I don't know if the young lady at the desk was new or just incompetent but it took me even though I had paid online with a reservation through Expedia almost half an hour to check in she immediately got on her phone. Same with check out and why do we have to physically check out but anyway took 15 minutes and when I walk up to the desk she immediately got on her phone and was speaking her native language.

I was given a room on the second floor without being told about the elevator. I and the person with me both have bad knees and we had difficulty getting up the stairs.
