I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. We had a very difficult trip with lots of delays and cancelations, and they didn't charge for late check-outs, and most of all, provided transportation for everywhere we needed to go. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

We found maybe red bed bug, but since we reserved through Expedia , it needed to go through Expedia. Also they were not sure if it was a bed bug. That’s ok. But we needed to spend extra time , checking and separating clothes etc. It could happen to any hotel near busy airport. But who should be responsible in this case?
