Penthouse Stay
The property is as described. It was nicely decorated, clean and had the necessary amenities. We were happy to find out the elevator was working. We didn't want to climb eight flights with luggage. The parking can be a little tricky if you don't hit the area at the right time. We had to drive around the block a few times because the off street parking was full. There were a lot of visitors to the museum because of homecoming pictures being taken. Otherwise we were veey pleased with our stay.

Great location and amazing property
My family came to KC for a long weekend and to explore the city. This property felt like it was a perfect location to visit all the different areas we wanted to see without being too far from any. Kristen was awesome and timely with any questions we had and the unit itself was impeccable. So tastefully designed and thought out. we loved the industrial feel combined with the high end design. You certainly can not get this at a hotel. We enjoyed wine on the roof, games at the table and never wanted to leave the amazingly comfortable beds! The stairs were a pain but we laughed about it every time we used them and are really excited about our strong tushes 😜. There is no way we ate enough BBQ so we plan to be back!

Cute Place but a lot of Miscommunication
The stairs were terrible but that was communicated ahead of time. I was not given the information that the street would be shut down the following day and overnight signs were up to close the street and as a result my car was towed resulting in a huge fine. When communicating with the manager all the blame was placed on me, saying no other cars in the building got towed (which they did) so it’s was my problem for parking unknowingly in a tow away zone. We also were not notified of the huge festival at the adjacent park making trying to find a parking spot nearly impossible. There was also no hot water for showers. No operating elevator and no hot water makes me question that this building’s maintenance is not kept up with.

Wonderful weekend in KC
This condo is beautiful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed as far as bath and kitchen supplies. We were warned about the stairs, and honestly, they weren't a problem until the last day. I think we were just tired and 8 flights of stairs with luggage was a little much. Once the elevator is fixed, we will be back!

Steps from the Nelson
The 8th floor views are spectacular and watching the neighborhood activity is fun. The climb up the 8 floors is no joke and should be seriously considered before booking this property. The kitchen is stocked nicely (some of the pans were not cleaned thoroughly hence the 4 stars). The beds are comfortable. There is city noise and the intersection has frequent sirens/emergency vehicles around the clock. The coffee and cocktail bar is well stocked with glassware and accessories. All of the TVs worked well. The living room has seating for 4 and the electric fireplace is a nice touch. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Plaza and there is a Whole Foods grocery store 10 minute walk. We would stay here again.

Great place
A few things to note.. the elevator did not work. Not an issue for us though. And we were told about it. The walls to the rooms do not go all the way to the ceiling. Mainly fyi for noise. The parking lot is a tight squeeze for bigger cars. Good game selection.

Excellent Location!
This is the perfect location if you want to walk to the Plaza, UMKC, and the Nelson. The views are beautiful and the roof top deck is a nice place to end the day. Elevator access should be checked as it was not operating the weekend we were there. The owner is an exceptional communicator and quickly responded to my questions. Highly recommend this beautiful condo!

Great place for a Stay-Cation
Stayed here with my wife for an anniversary. Really nice spot close to the plaza. The only thing is the freight elevator is the only working elevator in the building and it's next to the master bedroom. If you are a light sleeper you might have a tough night as you can hear the elevator all hours of the night if active.

Perfect Plaza Place
My husband and I needed a nice place to stay close to the Plaza for a little “mini moon”. This place was perfect! Safe neighborhood, great walking distance to everything we wanted, and plenty of street parking! Communication with the host was quick and reliable! 100% recommend this location for a KC getaway.
