My room was not in order. It wasn't nice to see the toilet bowl not cleaned. Also, the sink was clogged and the water wouldn't drain. I only liked the bed. A very high level. The furniture and interior are also excellent.

It was nice to be able to see the Plaza lights. The place was very busy, people everywhere. Parking is across the street in a parking garage but they had valet parking so we took advantage of that. Rooms were nice and clean.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an indoor pool, wasn’t working until I checked out. Room hvac system not working, too hot. Toilet seat old, not in good shape. Caulking around shower coming loose. Room 318. I did get moved to 619 where everything was working well. Breakfast area was ok, not really great. Location was great. Gym was good.

It’s very clean. Rooms are spacious. Staff is fun (Go Chiefs!). You can walk to a million bars, restaurants and shops. There’s an indoor-outdoor pool and a lobby bar. Price is great. I would definitely suggest staying here even if the property is a little older. It doesn’t feel outdated.

My father stayed here three nights over Christmas. His mobility is limited and he was able to use his walker in the roll in shower easily. The front door staff was very helpful in getting him in and out of the car with his walker. This is the second year he has stayed there for the holidays. The morning breakfast buffet was sufficient but could use some items with protein.
