Front desk staff just above average. The breakfast diner was my main issue. Stopped by to review the menu and offerings. Yes, i was barefoot. The first two ladies were nice and smiled and gave me a menu to review. The next person was a ponytailed millennial that had a smug, condescending passive agressive tone to his voice and said "we're going to need shoes to dine today." I replied in the same tone "we're not dining. We're reviewing the offerings " He seemed surprised that i used his tone back at him. He never said good morning, or may i assist you went straight to the passive aggressive smirky tone. The hotel is undergoing renovations. The gym was closed. No pool. No hot tub. The area is full of homeless.

Most of the staff were very friendly and attentive, there were two in particular that were great and two that were completely dismissive and borderline rude. When I travel out of town I always try to stay at Marriott properties but I'm not sure if stay at this location again. The room was nice and the property was clean.
