My room was nasty the water didn't work couldn't take a shower there was privity parts hair on the toilet the window was broken and open the heat didn't work very unhappy.

Price was excellent but you get what you pay for. Not filthy or dangerous. A decent bed under a roof. Hot shower. Breakfast offered calories in the morning. Desk clerk allowed us to check in early. No service during our stay. No Kleenex, trash not emptied. I wanted an extra blanket but night clerk refused. Eventually came to our room with a nylon tarp thingy.

Only coffee and milk at breakfast. I don’t drink either. There wasn’t even cold water avail able. Just hot water. Staff seemed not to want to be bothered by customers.

Sub par facility. Out of everything. Vending machines were out of every drink. Shower had 3 empty bottles of soap, shampoo , conditioner. Shower grout also had mold all over it. Front Desk guys were polite and nice. Did their best with what they had to work with.

Front desk clerk was laying on a couch behind the desk every time I was looking for him. The tv remote didn’t work properly. There was long black hair on the bathroom floor that didn’t belong to me. The room darkening shade didn’t go down. The juice machine was out of order. There was no bread, bagels or English muffins for toasting. All in all was disgusting.

Loved my stay! Area was nice with a lot of food and shopping options nearby. The hotel had just been recently remodeled and was very nice. The only complaint I had was the shower head was too low and wasn’t designed for a tall person. Other than that really enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again.
