The open floor plan on the main floor allows for guests to enjoy the comfortable living room, dining room and kitchen without missing any of the action. The home also offers a private driveway for parking in addition to free street parking right in front of the home.

Host will not be on site during the stay but is just a phone call, text or email away.

Midtown Kansas City and the famous Westport area is one of Kansas City’s top entertainment districts. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants and bars, including Kelly's Westport Inn, an Irish-themed bar located inside the oldest building in Kansas City.

All 3 bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. *PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) There is NOT a fully fenced yard at this property but the area is great for walking. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in and the full amount will be charged. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
Special Exception: If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.
