The staff was great, especially as my husband inadvertently left his baggage sitting in the lobby as he went to get the car, then forgot to retrieve it and put it in the car! The staff took good care of his belongings until we were able to come and pick themup."

Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. "
