"Low cost. Very quiet area. One should be mindful and not make too much noise. Perfect to get a good night rest. I did not need to get the host attention. If needed there is a tablet where you can communicate with host. Not sure the host's English language capability. The rooms were larger than central Tokyo area hotels. The check out time is 10:00AM which is a bit earlier than most hotels but the quietness and price superseeds the early check out time. About 10 minute walk to Kamata JR train...

"Ideal room setup for a family with small kids. The futons can be closed off with the partition allowing for separation between kids and adult. Shower and onsen were spacious and the room came with kitchenette including stove, fridge and microwave. Good location within walking distance of restaurants, stores and some local attractions. "

"Everything you need for your stay in one convenient location. Check-in/check-out is easy with staff to provide assistance. Kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, plates, utensils, stovetop, mini-oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, and fridge. Bathroom has shower/tub combo with separate toilet and sink area. "if you don't mind walking a few minutes from Tamachi station, this apartment style hotel is way more spacious than any business hotel. It's new, clean with full amenities, very convenient. The only issue with these hotels is that you have to check out at 10am and take your luggage to your next destination (or storage)"

"The apartment itself came with all the necessities required for a comfortable stay. Pots, pans, a rice cooker, water heater, and laundry detergent were all provided. The house manual in English listed detailed instructions for how to use appliances as well as maps to places of interest for visitors. "This property is a very good stay! Although sucks that they didn't have a toaster, but fine. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything else here, bed is very comfortable. "The washer also doubles as a dryer, and was located in my room. This really reduced my need to bring several arrivles of clothes. The bath was large amd accommodating for a man my size (6'2" 270lbs) so I was able to soak my bones each night. TV was a great size and has accessable HDMI ports Fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, you have all you need for food prep and cooking. "The single room is going to feel small to Americans, but it was perfect with its amenities and space for me as a solo traveler. There was room underneath the bed to slide my baggage to keep it out of the way after I unpacked. The curtains worked really well to block out light for sleeping. Bed was firm, but I'm a back sleeper so that was fine by me. I appreciated having the option to see the status of the Laundromat machines from the room's TV main menu. There's no machine for getting change to use the laundry and it runs on only some QR code payments or multiple 100yen coins, so you may have to try and get some spare change after buying something from the vending machine nearby. I arrived hours about 6 hours before check in and they were able to store my luggage, and also the same after check out where I went out to tour for the day before I came back to get my bags and head to the airport. There are 3 metro/train stations within a 5-10 minute walk of the hotel. I also appreciated the walking distance to the Tokyo Dome since I was going there several days for events. I did not opt for the breakfast buffet plan, since I'd usually pick up something light to eat from the convenience stores. I did try out the weekday lunch special at the Hirakawa restaurant ar the hotel and that was also a really nice meal and service experience. Overall, I had a very comfortable, quiet, stay and felt safe here. Definitely want to stay here again if I'm ever back in the area!"
