"The hotel location is just beside the main train station and MRT station which is very good and convenient to go around the city from there. However the surrounding area is actually quite old without maintenance. There are a few homeless street sleepers just living outside the hotel. I'd say it's also in the art district where you can view some nice piece of arts . The entire area is an old industrial one, made up of old industrial buildings. But that it's entire charm.
