This top-floor studio, located in a prime oceanfront Kauai building, offers breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Pacific. The covered lanai invites you to greet the sunrise or unwind in the afternoon with a good book, all while soaking in the serene oceanfront atmosphere.

Inside, the condo is adorned with vibrant plumeria artwork, bringing the natural beauty of Kauai into every corner of the living space. The studio features a king-sized bed draped in luxurious linens, and with the lanai just steps away, you can leave the glass doors open to fall asleep and wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Ah... serenity!

A comfortable sofa doubles as a sleeper, providing extra space for guests. The kitchenette offers convenient options for preparing quick meals and snacks between your island adventures.

Owners contribute 1% of total monthly revenue to PAL-Hawaii.org to support permanently affordable workforce housing on Kauai, ensuring that your stay at “Serenity” also gives back to the community.

If you wish to explore the island, you are only 30 minutes by car from Princeville/Hanalei in the north, or Poipu in the south. In less than an hour you can be in majestic Waimea Canyon on the west side.

Lovely place
We had a quick visit to Kauai and loved the condo. The view was as good as it gets, the condo was well apportioned and clean. The bed, bedding and towels were comfortable and nice quality. The property was well maintained, beautiful vegetation, the pool area was nice, free parking was a plus and the staff on property was super friendly. We would definitely stay in that condo again.

Great place for a couple
We really enjoyed staying at this studio in Wailua. The location had a lot of great restaurants nearby, and was also good for day trips to other areas of the island. The room was very clean, and the view from the room is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Stay
Our studio room was just perfect for the two of us. We spent every morning enjoying our coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The location is great, as it is just a parking lot away from the Coconut Marketplace with many choices for food and shopping. The ABC store's deli has excellent food to go. We could order a delicious breakfast and bring it back to our room and at eat it with an ocean view! The grounds are well maintained and the pool is nice too. Its a bit rocky to try and swim in the ocean there at the property, but there are beaches nearby. Lydgate is great for people that dont want to be tossed around. We were very happy with our stay!

We loved this property! The view of the ocean from the balcony was incredible! Watching the sunrise each morning was amazing. Being within walking distance of Coconut marketplace with all its restaurants and shops was so convenient. Very safe area. Will be back!

Nice room with an amazing view
One of the main things I wanted out of my stay was to be able to wake up and stare at the ocean, and I got exactly that. The room was nice and the location is right next to a marketplace, coffee, restaurants etc. Highly recommended.

Fantastic view and convenient location
The unit is as close to the beach as advertised. Well located to get to the north or south side in under 45 minutes. Several good restaurants and a market in walking distance. Can’t imagine anyone not being happy renting this unit.
