Our unit offers the exact STUNNING DIRECT OCEAN VIEW you see in the big picture above. This picture is taken from the lanai. Some other units say they have a view, but you might have to crank your head to right or left to have a view!
Many guests have told me this view is better than oceanfront views because of the top floor and expanse of the view.

Great place in a great location!

This is a great location for a couple. We stayed here years ago when it was a hotel and this is the second time we have stayed here since it was converted to condos. The location is convenient for taking trips to either end of the island.

Spectacular Stay
My husband and I loved our stay here. The location and view were spectacular. The communication from the owner was outstanding. We had an issue with an extension cord and had a replacement within an hour even though it was a holiday. We would definitely return!!

Kauai Condo

Sunrise views were incredible right on the ocean or from the deck. Restaurants are close and you can have breakfast right on the edge of the water.

I loved this condo! Not because it was fancy but the location was great. I took my son for his 14th birthday and we both loved it. The pool was great except the lights weren't working so it was closed at night. Also, don't think you can swim on this beach but it's wonderful to enjoy nonetheless. Swim-able beaches are less than a mile away, which was where we spent a lot of time. Bike rentals right there, food right there. I can't say enough about Ester...we had a 'bump' (totally our fault) and she was on it! I highly recommend!

Perfect Location!
We enjoyed staying here for a week. Literally 2 minutes to the beach, if that. Being on the east coast, we were pretty much at the half way point to go to the north shore or the south shore which we alternated all week. The condo was clean and we very much enjoyed staying here. It was perfect!

This unit is our go to place to stay when visiting Kauai. We enjoy the unit, the property, the location and have never had an issue during our stays. The unit is very clean and Esther is always reachable should you need something (but you won’t) Highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed! Aloha!

On The Beach
We had a great stay here. The property is exactly as described. It is right on the beach, with a great pool and other amenities. Short walk (less than 5 min) to shopping and food. Communication with the owner was also fantastic. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Kauai.

This property was just right for our first visit to Kauai. Centrally located. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. A short drive into funky Ka pa’a. The property is as described, very clean, the complex is very well maintained and has security 24/7. Communication with Esther, the owner was seamless. Highly recommend!

A week in Kauai for the 1st time. Perfect location for all of the island and local amenities. Condo was really lovely and had everything we needed including a great view. Loved the island! This condo is convenient to the airport, shopping, restaurants, and golf.
We enjoyed the property. Spent a little time at the beach on property, pool, and hot tub. Spent most of our time golfing and touring the island. The unit was comfortable, has a large bathroom, and the host was very helpful! The only improvement would be colder A/C and bigger (king size) bed.

Wow - peaceful beauty!
My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at this property; and would choose the same if we are able to return to Kauai. All the photos and descriptions provided by our host are very accurate and helpful. The view from the room and lanai is beautiful - very relaxing to watch and listen to the surf while having breakfast or just hanging out. We had everything we needed. The host is available to answer any questions. We very much enjoyed all the amenities. The pool is warm, and the surrounding grounds are lovely and well-kept. It was convenient and fun visiting the market and other stores and restaurants in close walking distance. This property is in a fantastic location. We easily drove to many beaches and sight-seeing areas. Such a fun and relaxing vacation staying in this quiet and peaceful unit. Much Mahalo to our gracious host!

Wonderful unit. Beautiful view (just like the picture). Very convenient location. Attentive host. Maybe not the largest or most luxurious place you can find, but it has everything you need and the price is right. It was just perfect for me and my spouse for our 6-night stay. Perfect location. 10 minutes from airport. Shops and restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Beach 1 minute away. Room and facilities very clean and safe. Pool cleaned every day. Hot tub drained and cleaned daily. Grounds are meticulously maintained!! Ester provided detailed info to make the stay easy. Condo is perfect location to explore the island. Wonderful unit and resort. Great beach, wonderful sunrise. Nice pool and hot tub. Great communication with manager. Cocoanut marketplace has a great assortment of food and shops. And the ABC store has a great hot and cold food area to take things back to your room pool or beach. Just steps to the beach. Town of Kapaa is close by for more dining and shopping. Great unit great resort great island.
