"The room was amazingly clean. The property was across the street from a beach that was easy to walk to. The washer and dryer was great, access to the grill was super helpful. I wish I could give half stars because I would give 4.5. My only complaint was the courtyard, pool area. You could tell it was once stunning, but it had fell to disrepair. I do realize they are going to renovate this fall. I just wish there could have been a pool loop so we coule have skimmed the pool. Other than that minor...

"Easy entry and ground floor unit was convenient. Parking spot was also very close. Beach is an easy walk across the street! The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels were such a bonus!! Condo had everything we needed except bbq utensils. The pans and some dishes could use an update. One complaint we had is the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were grateful the unit had air mattresses to use instead. Also, the shower floor has mildew around the edges and corners. "
