Savor your morning coffee or a refreshing Mai Tai on the peaceful lanai surrounded by swaying palm trees. Take leisurely strolls to four pristine lagoons, diverse dining options, Starbucks, shopping, and championship golf courses—all within walking distance.

Enjoy the convenience of parking in your own private (1 car) driveway and the comfort of central AC inside. Make a splash in the community pool, unwind in the hot tub, or host a BBQ in the shared outdoor spaces. Access to the fitness center is available upon request.

Inside, sleep soundly in two king beds and one queen bed. Utilize the full-size washer/dryer, stay connected with Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and relax knowing that your stay includes an average nightly rate based on a 30-day (29-night) rental period.

While the villa is yours for a 30-day period due to resort policy, shorter stays are common. For any inquiries or special requests, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I had a fantastic 7-night stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area and get everywhere I wanted to go. The pictures in the listing are completely accurate, so there were no surprises—everything was exactly as advertised. The beds were super comfy! The host was incredibly communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had, which made the entire experience seamless. This is a beautiful community, and a wonderful townhouse! Clean, modern and well stocked. The beds are amazing and super comfy. If we had questions, either the host or the manager were fabulous about resolving any issues or questions that we had. I can't say enough positive about our stay in Ko'olina. We HIGHLY recommend this property for an amazing stay.
