Sun loungers had no room to move round then, drinks served in paper cups (no clearing during the day). The room door didn’t shut without slamming and there was no sound buffer between rooms.
WiFi was good, hotel info required their app though and I don’t like being compelled to add unverified data/apps to my devices.

10/15 mins drive to Protaras where there is more night life and restaurants. Well recommend it and will definitely return

"We had a lovely 4 week stay in Eva Flats. It is located in a quiet area of Kapparis. Communication through WhatsApp was very friendly, efficient and exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for our stay.
The only slight issue if you can it that, was that the walls were quite scuffed/marked in the main room, from previous holiday makers. It would have had 5 stars in all categories if it were not for that."
